I also provide corporate and community presentations and write on a wide range of nutrition topics.
Let’s be real, getting a diagnosis is rough to say the least. You absolutely do NOT need a diagnosis to meet with me. Many of my clients are still navigating the path to answers, and together, we’ve made incredible progress in managing their symptoms.
I’m also passionate about connecting people with the right providers whenever possible, because I know how challenging it can be.
I offer a no cost 15-minute introductory call to learn more about one another and answer any of your questions.

Initial sessions are typically 60-75 minutes to give us time to dive deep into your health history, symptoms, goals, and lifestyle. This allows me to get a full picture of your needs and create a personalized plan tailored specifically for you.
Follow-up sessions are generally 30-45 minutes, where we’ll review your progress, adjust strategies as needed, and address any new challenges or questions that come up.
The frequency of our meetings depends on your needs and preferences, but most clients start with biweekly or monthly sessions to build momentum and maintain steady progress.
I prioritize delivering the utmost quality of care, hence I no longer participate in insurance plans due to coverage limitations.
You may have coverage for services anyway. Contact your insurance company to find out if they reimburse for out-of-network medical nutrition therapy.
Upon request, I am happy to provide you with a receipt so you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
For added convenience, I also accept HSA / FSA cards.
Out of courtesy to other clients, our appointment begins at your scheduled time.
Please notify me at least 24 hours or 1 business day in advance of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to our appointment may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
