Hi! I’m Louisa.

I help people living with complex chronic conditions simplify nutrition to improve energy, digestion, and overall symptom stability.

Many people living with complex chronic conditions are dismissed or misunderstood, which can make you question your body and your instincts.

As a registered dietitian with over 16 years of experience and personal insight into these conditions, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to the work I do.

Together, we’ll create practical nutrition strategies that support your body, reduce symptoms, and help you feel more confident and in control of your health.

Please note: While I’ve stepped into a full-time role to support my own health and stability, I’m currently pausing 1:1 client sessions.

Supporting people with chronic conditions is still the heart of my work—I’m simply taking a break to rest, reset, and return when the timing aligns.
